Experience
Mohamad brings over two decades of experience across private practice and senior in-house legal leadership in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
His career includes senior legal roles at Carrier and International SOS, together with experience providing legal support to businesses including Otis, Kidde and Marioff. He has advised executive teams and boards on commercial matters, corporate transactions, compliance, governance and disputes, while leading legal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
His experience also includes working with several Chinese companies operating in the region, including businesses in oil and gas and construction.
Qualifications and memberships
Mohamad holds an LLB from Lebanon, an LLM in International Commercial and Corporate Law from The Dickson Poon School of Law at King's College London (with Merit), and an MBA from Hult International Business School. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
